Left Behind Gets Posterized

SCENE: A plane crashes in the middle of…somewhere just outside of a major city. From the smoldering wreckage emerges Kirk Cameron Nic Cage as Rayford Steele. He begins to wander away from said major city with a disheveled  appearance and look of bewilderment that can only be described as “Cagian” (as in – Nic “Cagian”). Steele begins to look for something or someone. We can only assume it is some sort of American historical artifact like Lincoln’s top hat or something of its equal. END SCENE.

That’s what I believe to be the story behind the rebooted “Left Behind” series’ movie poster. Cage and apocalyptic fiction go together like rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong and I couldn’t be happier. This movie will be the worst which already makes it…the best. Around.

* And people said that I could never link Grease and Joe Esposito in one blog post together.
